Given the importance that taxes have in any real estate operation, we pay special attention to tax issues when doing our work:
- VAT and ITP: subject to one of the taxes, real estate exchange, purchase options, transfer of urban use rights, of property business (subject or not to VAT), transfer of securities of real estate companies...
