Jon Roca

After completing a Dual Degree at the University of the Basque Country (Bilbao), this professional began a career in April 2021 at Kutxabank, where, for several months, he worked in commercial banking. He subsequently focused his career on Tax Law, undertaking the Master’s Degree in Access to the Legal Profession at the International University of Valencia.

From September 2021 onwards, he continued a professional career in the Tax Department of Garrigues (Bilbao), specialising in tax advice for both legal entities and individuals. He was involved in the review of tax matters relating to family-owned businesses, asset-holding companies and multinational groups, as well as in drafting submissions and appeals before the Tax Administration. He also participated in corporate restructuring and wealth reorganisation transactions.

In March 2026, he joined the Tax Department of BSK Legal & Fiscal, also in Bilbao.
