She joined BSK’s Legal Department at the Vitoria-Gasteiz office in June 2025 to begin her professional career.
Her practice focuses on providing legal advice in the field of commercial law, including involvement in M&A transactions and acquisitions of equity interests, corporate transactions, due diligence processes, corporate advisory matters and the drafting of commercial documentation.
