Carlos Iceta

Specialised in Tax Law, after graduating in Law from the University of Deusto he completed a Dual Master’s Degree in Legal Practice with a specialisation in Taxation at the Instituto de Empresa (Madrid).

He began his professional career in the Tax Department of Grant Thornton and, after one year, relocated to Bilbao to join EY. Since January 2026, he has been part of the Tax Department at BSK Legal & Fiscal.

Throughout his professional career, he has specialised in providing tax advisory services to both legal entities and individuals, at both national and international level, offering ongoing advice and participating in tax reviews, corporate reorganisations, due diligence processes, as well as in the drafting of legal submissions and appeals, among other tasks.
