Restructuring processes

We participate in debt restructuring and refinancing negotiations, serving as advisors to both debtors and creditors.

We are actively involved in negotiating and drafting Restructuring Plans, including notifying the competent court of the initiation of negotiations, applying for the appointment of a restructuring expert, and securing subsequent judicial approval. Additionally, we provide legal counsel to both debtors and creditors in proceedings aimed at challenging Restructuring Plans.
