I finished my Tourism diploma in 1985 and in November the same year I travelled to London to improve my English. I remained there for a year and passed the First Certificate. On my return, I took odd jobs (English academy, translators, Post Office) until I got my first long term contract in November 1989 as a receptionist in the auditing area at ARTHUR ANDERSEN (now DELOITTE) in San Sebastián. The following year I joined the staff of ARTHUR ANDERSEN ASESORES LEGALES Y TRIBUTARIOS (nowadays known as GARRIGUES) as a secretary.

At the end of 1991, Luis Unceta-Barrenechea went solo with his BSK project and in November 1992 he called me to help out. I had to learn and develop a whole host of tasks (answering calls, typing, invoicing, accounting, payroll and social security, cash flow, etc.) adapting to the company's growth and situation all the time. Nowadays, my main tasks are in the area of accounting and cash flow.
