I finished my Management Secretarial course in the summer of 1985 and began work experience at the Hospital in San Sebastián in the Operating Theatre office (reports, patient files, distributing mail, etc.). Afterwards, in December the same year, I began working at a law firm called RECALDE-TORRECILLA ABOGADOS where I stayed until March 2000 running all the administrative side of a legal firm (answering the phone and receiving visits, invoicing, reports, Court documents, writing up minutes, paperwork with the Notary, Inland Revenue, etc.).

Later, in March 2000, I began working in the administration department of BSK, where I performed a whole host of tasks: answering the phone, preparing proposals for clients, word processing, drawing up the payroll and social security...
