BSK Legal & Fiscal was founded late 1991, when several experts in tax law working in a prestigious international firm decided to set up a business on their own.

From 1992 to 1994, the economy of the Basque Country literally "collapsed". Our first clients, leading entrepreneurs in Gipuzkoa, did not really need expert tax lawyers, but people who could understand their problems and provide them with solutions.

This circumstance determined the philosophy of BSK Legal & Fiscal. On the technical side, we are not different from other major firms, but on the human side we get closer to our clients, sharing their concerns and goals.

The experience gathered during these years, together with the integration into our structure of other prestigious firms specialised in corporate law and litigation, has allowed us to become a multidisciplinary firm of lawyers and tax advisors.

Thanks to our professionals and to the confidence placed in us every day by our clients, BSK Legal & Fiscal has become one of the leading firms of lawyers and tax advisors in the Basque Country and, in the near future, aims to become the leader in other areas of Law too. Moreover, we have never carried out marketing campaigns throughout our history: "our best marketing is our work".
